"To love, or not to love. That is the question to decide." It's the 1940s in New York City, and as Rose returns home to her luxury penthouse apartment from yet another ungratifying evening, she questions the importance of love. As the clock strikes twelve, she remembers the romances from her past, and as she travels through the different chapters, she discovers something about herself along the way.
